Clubbell and Circular Strength Training session

There will be an informal introductory Clubbell and Circular Strength Training session on Sunday, September 19 in Minneapolis, MN. It will be a cooperative group workout and not a formal instructional situation.

Due to popular demand, this session will be Clubbell?-intensive. We will practice introductory movements and standard combinations like Mills and Swipes. ABC 2-handed exercises for heavier Clubbells? will also be worked. In addition to Clubbell? technique, we will work on the basics of CST theory and safe training practices, Warrior Wellness joint mobility, and Performance Breathing.

There will be opportunities to check out several sizes of Clubbells?, and to examine a variety of CST instructional materials. If you have your own Clubbells?, please bring them!

Participation is free and voluntary and requires a waiver. Attendees are welcome to just watch and ask questions. PM me.
