Club Bouncer Holds zman Hostage in Bathroom

And fuck it, let me be the first to light this fire…

Where is the hate crime charge?

Do you think for one minute if the races were reversed and some white bouncer (or white guy in ANY capacity) had a black guy get on his knees and “pray” to “oh great fucking white dude”, “oh great motherfucking white dude” that there wouldn’t be a “hate crime” charge there?

Can someone use the power of the internet to set up a fight between me and “oh great big motherfucking brown dude”? To be filmed for the interwebz of course.

How many years is this guy facing?

About 20 max. No use of a weapon, which makes it aggravated and essentially doubles the time. Most likely, with no priors and a plea bargain- He’ll do 5 on probation.

Just a what if scenario.
If the bouncer had called him out on the drugs, done the same thing and the guy actually HAD drugs and this resulted in the alleged drug dealer’s arrest, would the bouncer still be an idiot?
If when he didn’t find anything on the guy he said, “my mistake, you sir are a gentlemen and a scholar, good day to you,” he would not have been an idiot.

However, when he didn’t find anything, he punched the guy in the head several times and made him worship him, on film… That is the part that makes him an idiot.
Bullshit, he had no legal authority to search him. He can tell him to leave the property, or possibly hold him for the police, anything beyond that is a crime.

worldstarhiphop is the devil.

5 years probation sounds fair

Probably, how much time are you willing to do to get into the same prison as him?

I’m sure the guy who posted it knew brown dude would get into shit.

I bet something went sour between the guy going to jail and the filmer

Ah, depends. I’ve always been able to get off of probation early by showing up to my appointments wearing decent clothes, having a job, and not popping the piss tests.

6 months is the longest a probation officer ever kept an eye on me, and he was beside himself with anger and disappointment that I didn’t fuck up while under his charge.

Even with 5 he would probably only do 2 with the last 3 knocked off as a waste of resources if he did it right.

On the other hand, the criminal record that will come with it and a video with his name on it on the web will stick around for the rest of his life.

A mutual fight is not a crime.

Not the “Offical Honeys” section though. Tehmeena is my favorite. Im kinda shocked at how easily racist people can get when something like this happens. Check out their yelp page. http://www.yelp.com/biz/platinum-premier-gentlemens-club-worcester

Pretty sure that they tend to disencourage that in prison and this is where you need to be first to be able to get to him.

He thinks the guy is selling drugs in a club that he is a direct employee of, he takes him in back and asks him to empty his pockets, the victim willingly empties his pockets, nothing is found. Everything up that point is just fine legally. When he starts looking through they guys wallet and phone without asking permission things start to get a little hairy.

At this point had he of said “alright now get the fuck out,” nothing would have happened to the bouncer, the victim would have been shaken up but unharmed. He probably would never go to that club again and everything would have been fine.

When he begins hitting him and locks the door when he tries to leave, that is when things start to get really fucked up.

You don’t have to call the police every single time you think something might be wrong, that is what bouncers/security are for. Had he called the police on this guy on the suspicion he might be selling drugs the police would just be pissed they had to waste their time searching this guy, especially when he was willing to empty his pockets for the bouncer right there.

You’re actually surprised by that? This is the internet, nothing surprises me anymore. People secretly love being able to express intolerance in a forum where there are few consequences due to the inability do so in real life. I wouldn’t be surprised if the kid developed a strong disliking towards African Americans from this point on, and it’s not like living in Boston won’t reinforce that.

Oh my, 4Chan, has his name, his home adress, his facebook page, his phone number and the number and adress of his boss and they are more than willing to share that information.

The funny thing is that said bouncer gentleman could probably make heaps of money with his act if he just changed “clubs”.

There certainly must be clubs where people are willing to pay to get bitchslapped by a buff black dude and express their whorship of buff black dudes in general and this gentleman in particular.

All that wasted talent makes me sad, why does he have to use his power for evil?

If some guy that has a hundred pounds on you tells you to empty your pockets and you do it because you are scared as shit, it is called unarmed robbery. Doesn’t matter what he THOUGHT the guy did, he has no authority to search him.

No shit you don’t call the cops for every little thing. Suspicion of drug dealing is not a little thing. He is not a cop, he has no right to search him, regardless of what he thinks might be going on.

And good call on Tehmeena, big breasted brown girls are where it’s at. She’s a favourite of mine, too.

I think my original question got misinterpreted a little.
I’m not talking legally.

I meant it along the lines of “if someone killed a pedophile, most people would call him a hero” and was wondering if he had in fact been selling drugs if people would hold this in the same light, but as orion pointed out, most likely not
