This is from personal experience only, but when taking Clomid, please find a way to ejaculate regularly. I did not do this and it gave me an infection of the Vas deferens (the tube from you balls to your dick). Having an infection this close to my nuts was less than pleasing, so take heed.
Well, an infection requires bacteria (or viruses though this does not sound like a viral infection), and one doesn’t usually get bacteria in the vas deferens. In any case, the adverse effect you experienced is not one reported in the literature as a side effect of Clomid, so it is rare and not something for most people to worry about.
Youre not gonna like this but it sounds like a …Yeast infection…Have you recently had sex with a woman, yourself does not count? Most women can have yeast infections and not know it until it is full blown. It can be passed on to the guy and these are like the symptoms one gets an infection in these areas. How are you being treated with an antibiotic such as clindamyicin or the lik.e?
“Price check on Vagisil, aisle six… … Better put a rush on that.”
Bill, you’re a riot…
Most assuredly, it was not a yeast infection. I have had a yeast infection and that wasn’t it. I had to take Vipro to get rid of it. Ever had blood in your cum? That’s how I found out. Just thought I would clear that up.
This isn’t really essential to this topic, but I guess here is as good a place as any to raise the question. I read somewhere that Clomid in some cases can as much as double seminal volume, and that porn stars are gobbling this stuff up to get the good “money shots”. Anyone take Clomid that can vouch for this? Just curious
Pat, you spelled “head” wrong in the last sentence…
You probably just had a very common case of epidimytis which is a bacterial infection along the superior and posterior side of the testis which sometimes travels up the deferens. Clomid itself does increase the alkaline semen, but like Bill said bacteria would have to have been introduced such as in any other urogenital infection. Let me guess, they put you on a NSAID and a sulfer based antibiotic, and it cleared up in a week? This is very common among men and cannot be linked with the clomiphen.

Joe, Clomid indeed often does have this effect, and I think doubling is a pretty accurate estimate. Sometimes it does not have this effect, though.
If you want a semi-expert opinion, about the only way to get bacteria into the vas is through sexual contact. Have you been a good boy?
From now only product warning will be included with all Anfarm Clomiphene.
