Clomid After Testosterone Undecanoate?

Anyone know the time for starting clomid after testosterone undecanoate?

I made a mistake and continued trt because of my testosterone level wasn’t improving after coming off. Then I took two different blood tests, one week apart. Other showed shitty testosterone, and the other didn’t arrive for some reson.
As instructed by my Dr, I hopped back on trt and took one shot of nebido 1ml 250mg (Testosterone undecanoate).
Then I got the result of my other blood test, and what do you know… it showed good levels.
Testosterone: 22,6nmol/l (10-38) 22,6nmol/l = 653ng/dl
SHBG: 33nmol/l (18-54)
Free testosterone: 354pmol/l (155-800)

So considering that blood test, I wouldn’t need trt. I’m going to take a low dose clomid, 12,5mg ED or EOD to recover the damage this one shot of testosterone undecanoate did, but I don’t know when I should start the clomid?

Hi, I personally would not bother with the Clomid after only 1 shot of U.

Just let it wash out and your body readjust to natural levels.

Thanks. Still I suppose it wouldn’t hurt either though… I don’t want my levels to crash.

The bigger issue is you probably are a good candidate for TRT based on those numbers and how you feel?

To make Nebido work it needs dosing more frequently than script, that varies with individual of course. For me I could get away with 1ml every 2 - 3 week’s

With those levels? But they are mid range.
My other test was way worse:
15nmol/l (8-29) Idk why the range is different. It was a different clinic
SGBG: 28nmol/l (15-95)
Free testosterone: 249pmol/l (155-800)
I had slept terribly the night before this test, so it might not be that reliable.

Also about the Nebido dosage, you are totally right about the dosing. My Dr prescribed it 1ml E14D or 2ml E4W, so a lot better than the old terrible 4ml every 12 weeks protocol.

But you don’t feel good on them? The numbers don’t tell the whole story.
My natural numbers are also mid range but i dont feel good at that level.

Oh yeah I felt terrible. Anxiety was all over the place.
Still I would love to be without trt.

My Dr told me I could either just continue without injections, or try it for a while and see how Nebido works for me.

Five half-lives for total clearance. Probably not necessary to wait for full clearance, but you’re still looking at a long time. If it’s me I don’t even worry about it. Just move on and get retested in three months to see where you are.

Good point. Like my doctor said, we are trying to fix how I feel, not how my testosterone level shows on the scale.

I’m considering about just going with the treatment. After all I can always just quit if I feel like.
Also, with a high LH like that, shouldn’t I have had a lot more higher testosterone if my balls were working properly?
