sides tend to be alot less if the doses are split up during the day.
example I always take 30 mcg 3x a day.
if I would take 90 at one time Iwould have shakes and a head ache and sweating.

the half life of clen is long enough that you can take it like that and still have the full effect.
also what you have to remember that the half life kind of “overlaps”
and there will be times when you will have more than that days dose in your system,so IMO splitting up in equal doses are better than one single dose.

example monday you take 90 mcg.
tues morning you take 90 mcg but there is still some floating around from the day before so that 90 mcg is more like 120 mcg in your system
weds you take 90 mcg but this time its more like 150 mcg.
and so on.
this is why the sides like headaches and anxiaty and tend to come a week or so after starting because the amount has built up to a point that when you take your initial dose about an hour after you actually have double that amount in your system or close to it.

if you split them the levels stay constant instead of that spike.makes things much nicer

Clen will clear an IOC urine test between 3-4 days.

I know this because I was faced with this issue a few times. I came up clean each time.

Sorry to bring up old post but was wondering, if ur going to split up the doses into twice a day. how long between doses and when is it best to take, am,pm, pre or post workout, empty stomach.etc.

If you’re going to use clen, make sure you supplement with at least 5g of taurine per day. Clen causes excretion on taurine in cardiac tissue; which is bad news. I’ve used it in the past and there are a lot safer alternatives than clen that are out on the market today.

Last time was actually post cycle at a lower dose, like 50mcg/day to suppress cortisol levels, but I dropped that because I read another article “just saying no” to clen. whenever anyone asks me about it i try and steer them clear of the substance.

If you’re going to use it, try some ketotifen with it or after it to keep the beta2 receptors upregulated or help them upregulate after you run the two weeks.

I’ve talked with one “guy” in particular who is the “chemical wizard”, just happen to know him by chance, behind a major leader in the supplement and hormone manipulation industry and he himself just doesn’t like the cost/benefit ratio…

the things that make me headache is that i dunno how my meal plan trough out the day should be can u help me on it?

just take some asprin for the headache; it’ll help your blood thin out some.
