Which is your “classic” clen cycle?

I’m trying something like this. I start at 40mcg and bump it up every 2 weeks along with T3 except I start the T3 at 20 mcg and bump it up 10mcg every 5 days then I taper down. I might level off on clen or a bit at like 80 to 100mcgs. T3 I’ll go up to 80 or 90. The T3 keeps the clen working. I used to think tapering off of clen was BS but I’ve heard some good explanations for doing so. Obviously this is a different approach than what I’ve done in the past. I’ve tweaked a few things but along with my diet and 2 hrs of light cardio a day, I’m getting lean and not losing any muscle.

No I’m on 4iu gh ED taken in the morning, 200 Mast E and 250 test E Every 4 days then I’ll move it to every 3 days pretty soon . All I know is I’ve never looked better!

a little update.
the sides slowly disappear near 3-4th
i have done a 5 days of 100mcq. 2 day of stops and tomorrow i’ll restart with 120mcq for 5 days.

Just curious as to what your thoughts are following the first week?

The reason for my sudden interest in clenbuterol has to due with me unexpectedly receiving 3 bottles for free. Since I am doing a cutting cycle this I thought this may be a good time to try it out.

Just curious, what do your diet macros look like? I’m assuming you are below maintenance, but wondering where the carbs are at.

2thepain: after first week i’m quite happy.
I can’t say i get a huge improvement but my i can see some difference in my abs zone. I think it’s a very powerfull thermogenic. In the end of my first week my temperature go from my natural 36.5 C to about 37.5-37.8 C. A big difference i had not in the past when i taper my clen.

BIGZEUS: i’m using Anabolic Diet. So my carbs are under 50gr/die. The proteins are around 3gr x kg of body weight and then come fat (omega3 and others). i’m under my maintenance of about 500-600kcal (not sure, i dont really check cal when on AD)

Sides note: anxiety come as a big monster all at once around day 6 of 1st week. WOW :wink:

Did you up the dose yet or are you still holding steady at 100mcg/day? The anxiety would be a big turn off for myself, with my wedding coming up in a few months I think I already have my fill of anxiety.

By now i have endede the 2nd week at 100.
2 weeks off than i’ll get on at 120

I have some “personal trouble” so i think this is the real cause of the anxiety. Clen empower an already raging beast i supposed :wink:

It is not the clen.
Or to better explain… the problem is due to some personal trouble i have at the moment (not the best time frame for a clen cycle LOL)

All it’s ok by now… it was just a couple of day. now 2 weeks of and i’ll get back at 120.

I’ll see if the problem arise again.

In the past 2 weeks have you dropped a noticable amount of bodyfat? First impression, is clen worth it?

yes clen worth it.
My abs are still “under fat” but i get a better “definition” of the area. It is “emptier” and i can see the general design of abs muscle.

Just some more info and personal experience on clen in case anyone is looking for more.

I just started a small run of it myself trying to drop a few lbs before my cycle commences.

For my first dose, 50mcg was on the verge of giving me a head ache. From there on out my dosage was 30-40 mcg 2x day and I found that to work out about perfect. There was not a tremendous amount of shaking, no head aches and it gave me a mild raise in temp.

All in all dropped another 3-4 lbs in about a week and a half with little to no change in diet/cardio.

Now running an ECA type fat burner for 4-5 days and then will likley switch back to the same protocol again.
