hi everyone, i’ve hurt my elbow when i do hang clean & press…the pain is outside my right elbow, extend to the top of my forearm extensors…
i want to lose fat now, but training heavy may make my elbow worse…so any suggestion for exercise selection? which upper body ex. i should do/avoid?

Fat loss is 95% diet. Does your elbow pain prohibit you from squating and deadlifting?

I’ve no problem squating, but i’m not sure it affecting my deadlift…
i can’t do reverse curl, hammer curl, bent rows with overhand grip…etc. and i can’t do power cleans or any olympic lifting.
even when i do flat dumbbell press, my elbow shaking alot…very unstable…
