Ok, I’m currently around 175, 6’0 and 17 years old. I cehcked out the “Quality Mass Diet” article and adopted this meal plan. Let me know what you think.
Meal One:
1.5 cups oats
1.5 cups egg whites
.75 cups blueberries
Meal Two:
Shake consisiting of:
1 Cup 1% milk
.25 cups cottage cheese
1 TBS natural peanut butter
1 scoop whey
Meal Three:
6-8 oz turkey / chicken / steak (depending on type)
1/2 serving walnuts
1/2 serving raisins
Meal Four:
6-8 oz turkey / chicken / steak (depending on type)
1 Serving of superfood w/ 10 oz water
1 TBS olive oil
Snack:
1 serving walnuts
1/2 serving raisins
Meal Five (PW):
Shake consisting of:
2 cups 1% milk
.5 cups cottage cheese
3 TBS natural PB
2 scoops whey
Meal Six:
6-8 oz turkey / chicken / steak (depending on type)
Assorted vegetables
1 TBS olive oil
Meal Seven (Prior to sleep):
.5 cups cottage cheese
1 TBS natural peanut butter
My questions for you are:
-
Is superfood a legitamate replacement for vegetables in my meal plan. And, since I only take one serving/day, what other vegetables would you reccomend eating during meal six (and how much?)
-
How should I re-asses this meal plan after a few weeks to make adjustments to ensure gains of lean muscle?
*I have been eating this way for close to 2 weeks now and have not noticed any weight loss or gain but have noticed an increase in my lifts and overall strength progression
Thanks in advance for all of you help.
