Clean/Front Squat Form Check

I’d greatly appreciate any tips. I have never had an actual coach. I taught myself from internet vids. There is one for cleans and one for front squat. Thanks!

also who else has a ghetto home gym? haha

Buy lifting shoes.

haha seriously. Working on that

But seriously you need to do lifts with some sort of hard heel or flat heel shoe. Id suggest working on landing with your feet out further and stretch out in the squat position more. Then post another video cause its hard to tell what your full lifts will look like yet going barefoot.

Any suggestions for what kind? I found some with a 3/4" heel on Adidas for 150$. Here’s a link.

Are those fluorescent light bulbs stored behind your lifting platform? Am I the only one that thinks that is NOT A GOOD IDEA?

nah it keeps you alert. You guys should all try it.

Possibly adopt a wider stance? You may fin it easier to get lower and lift more. Check out the width and the angle of the feet of only lifters. Shoulders and elbows fit inside knees.
