When taking Cinnamon and ACV to increase ones Insulin sensitivity, does it really matter WHICH cinnamon you are taking /
There is the Ceylon version that seems to get rave reviews, yet I cannot find anything from CT , Meadows
or even Poliquin as to it having to be a Specific type…

Try to get the Ceylon type (Cinnamomum verum), aka “true cinnamon”
the other type, cassia, is a different plant and contains compounds that could potentially harm you if consumed in large quantities
