Dude… your lungs? When you’re trying to get good at running?
I’d at least recommend looking at non-smoke products, then you just have to worry about addiction.
Also, have you tried other things that could suppress appetite, like ephedrine?

Brick, why not use a fraction of a nicotine patch, held onto skin by a band-aid?
Too much hassle?

Or possibly a full (low dose?) patch and remove it when you feel the effect?

So what’s the prob with applying a patch? (I’ve never used one) aren’t they easy to put on?
I guess they might be a little awkward to remove.
Maybe the gum route may be better / more controlable. I know that the patch route can be a somewhat variable drug delivery method and not too precise.

This thread is hilarious. 4-6 cigarettes, in TOTAL, being compared to mething your way through a diet. I got several good laughs from this thread ![]()
Bricknyce: Do you find you’re able to keep the weight off from this diet? I only know a few people who have tried it, but each one said they regained the weight pretty quickly. What has your experience been with the long term success of this diet?
Yes, because of course I was saying they are equal. Geez, try reading between the lines sometimes
