Chutec is Laying Down a Log

at a weight of 212.5 this morn I need to cut 2.5 pounds of weight before Saturday Morn in order to qualify for my reload on Saturday.

If it doesnt happen then its reload every 10 days instead of 7 from now on.

I would say I could tighten up my efforts to make this weight by Saturday…but honest to god im living so perfectly in compliance I dont think I can do anything more!

So we will see if the plan is successful in achieving, because im damn sure going to be 100% compliant with the plan!

starting to notice my body not liking the restricted calories.

several days out of the last few ive felt drained!

just reporting this for reference, if it goes on too long I can think about a little extra morning and post workout carb

OMG I broke down and had an apple and a pear after my workout today.

looks like my 100% compliance went out the window.

If thats my biggest concern then i think im doing just fine.

little concern over my lbm dropping…but none of my arm, chest and leg measurements have dropped so I guess its just inaccuracies in my measurement calculation.

anyway superb fat loss so far! question is to carb reload or not! I think not.

if my lbm doesnt recover, or moves down more I may instigate morning and pwo carbs (oats)

body aft via skin fold calipers: 15.3%

via hand held bio imped: 21.7%

The bio impedance seems to be a little off compared to the other two, as looking at myself now I am definately not 20% bf +.

Skin fold calipers down from 17.3 → 15.3 % which gives me 2% bf loss over 3 weeks which isnt bad.

logically (not taking into account a slow down as I go lower) I should be able to get to about 9% in about 9 weeks.

I have 8 weeks left until my birthday which is D day for this cut.
so , do i:

  1. Be happy that ive lost 5-6 pounds of fat in 3 weeks and keep doing what im doing because it is working with minimal muscle loss.
  2. Go into more of a calorie deficit to stimulate more fat loss in order to reach my target by my birthday.

Well my target was 310 by sat morning, which i achieved (got 208).

so reloaded yesterday.

2 medium cheese and tomato pizzas

12 mini choc doughnuts

2 dozen jelly beans

6 choc fingers

12 pringles

thats all in addition to my normal eating for the day for 70% of the meals.

its the smallest amount, but yet the least wholesome of my reload days so far. should be interesting to see how i handle it!

i was bored, had nothing else to do and had just worked out, which was all the justification i needed.

So Saturday weight in will mark 1 month since I started.

Im presuming my weight will be 208 or lower which will mean 6 pounds of weight loss in the month.

considering this doesnt include the ‘newb fat loss fortnight’ I did previously (lost 7 pounds in 10 days)

id say that pretty good. hit 1.5 pounds a week right on the head.

The plan now is:

  1. cut the cheat day down to a cheat meal per week.
  2. measure that for the second month and see what difference it makes.

On average my cheat day has made me put 2-3 of some kind of weight on each week start, so im thinking ill be seeing more dramatic results with it reduced.
