Oh man that is hilarious. How many times has Chuck got knocked out now?[/quote]
Counting TKO’s he’s been out to lunch 4 times since mid 07’. He’s lost 5 of his last 6 fights. I think it’s time for him to retire, he’ll be 41 this year. He was a great champion, but at this point in his life he should be more concerned about his health than his wallet, or his record.

I used to like him a lot, but he pisses me off now. Can’t he learn from his mistakes?
Personally I’d like to see him come back. He might have a few years left. When did Ken Shamrock retire? He kept fighting till he was quite old.
I’d hate to see him take another fight. I realize he’ll be out on quite a losing streak, but those losses weren’t exactly beatdowns. The man stood with a healthy Shogun, out-fought Wandy, had Evans back-pedaling and was flurrying the fuck out of Franklin. With the exception of the Jardine fight, his recent losses were a result of his deteriorating ability to take a punch (if you doubt this watch the kind of strikes his head absorbed in the Mezger, Overeem, and Pele fights).
He is 41, he’s a living legend of the sport and a pioneer. The game is starting to pass him by, and his chin isn’t what it used to be. Combat sport history has shown that the smart ones hang them up.
