uh, yeah i want in… scratch that, i NEED in-
my little twig arms need to gain a lot more size- (<14" on a 6’2" frame) i haven’t gone to the gym in over a month, due to a ridiculous amount of schoolwork…
i think the perfect time to bulk up again would be during my xmas break right after exams…
i’d really appreciate the EDT book in particular…
