“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.” First Corinthians.

"He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like an eagle; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not faint. – Isaiah 40:28-31

“The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs…and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail.” Isaiah 58:11

“This is what the Lord says,: ‘Your wound is incurable, your injury is beyond healing. There is no one to plead your cause, no remedy for your sore, no healing for you. All your allies have forgotten you; they care nothing for you. … But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds…’” Jeremiah 30:12-14, 17

“But we…rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.” Romans 3:5

my personal favorite:

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Philippians 4:13[/quote]
