Chris, months (now) back you promised that you’d post the results of your experience of H.I.T… were all (me) still waiting. Now, i’ve no problems with you saying, shit, it didn’t work. But either way it would be great to hear how it went. I understand that Tim Patterson is connected with the other sister site, and it may not produce great publicity, but come on…it’s time to spill. And don’t give me that crap about staring your new diet!!!
I would be interested as well to hear how Shugs training went as well, But I was not under the impression it was H.I.T.
He made it clear several time, to me at least, that it was more of a hybrid. A total body workout using some of the things from H.I.T, like going to failure, but only sometimes on the final sets. Along with some CW thrown in like lifting the damn weight fast. Not SLOW.
It was more of just a mix of all the good things he has been subject to from variuos trainers and experinaces over the years. Thrown into a total body w/o.
So I dont think it has anything to do with H.I.T or the ties of Tim to the Darden site.
I may be wrong.
I’m not an H.I.T’er by any means but alos feel all training needs to be atleast looked at, maybe tried and see which parts of each work for YOU, or you may never know.
Once again all this is just my opinion, hope it helps,
Phill
Actually it does help… thank you, but it would still be nice to hear from the guy himself and see what he has to say about it all.
Yes, I used a few of the ideas but it wasn’t 100% HIT. It was a nice change of pace though. I learned a lot. I’ll probably incorporate this type of training into my yearly cycle somewhere. Did I gain 20 fast pounds of muscle? No, but I never have on a Poliquin or Thibaudeau program or any other style of training either.
Thank you for replying.
Much appreciated.
