I really hate how shitty fruits are in North America.

I remember when I was back in Europe, actually eating ripe strawberries.

The reason kids don’t eat fruits in NA is cause none of them are ripe, fruits are supposed to be sweet not fkin sour [/quote]

??

I enjoy sweet strawbs on the reg.

This is 100% correct.

Fresh off the plant is the absolute best way to eat any fruit of vegatable!

When I was in primary school over here in Spain, when we were sent out to play, we used to jump the fence and walk to a nearby span of orchards that grew apples, oranges and pears. At any given time there would be at the very least five of each that were perfectly fine to eat from the number we’d pick. The orchard was so large that the farmers never noticed any missing ones. I love the Spanish fruits, the melons (cantaloupes mostly) and pomegranates are some of my favourites.

I used to think it was all hype, but I can definitely tell the difference the last few days without creatine with muscle soreness

Just curious as to why creatine would be left out now it’s known it seems very beneficial to you?

Jealous of your opportunity man, good luck!

Is there a reason it’s not being included now if it will be added back in at a later date?

People generally recommend carbs in the morning because you are more insulin sensitive, BUT that goes for fat tissue too.

I believe it has to do with cortisol levels being high in the mornings as well.

Hey zraw, I was looking at the back of my Greek yogurt and it has 21 grams of sugar for every 22 grams of protein. It’s chobani, is there another brand that has a lower amount that you use?
