In Manhattan, go to Dr. John Schneider, who works with Dr. Wayne Winnick, at 159 E. 74th St. The number is (212) 249-7790. John is the only A.R.T. (Active Release Techniques) instructor in the NYC area to my knowledge, and I can vouch for the fact that his work is awesome! Everyone in that office, including Wayne, is certified in A.R.T., but John is obviously the guru.
