Weight maintenance
10 chinups
10 pullups
10 bodyweight squats - 1-leg squats
Equipment - Chin Up bar
1st weeks - conventional gym with lacking equipment
Unlimited time to work on chinups/pullups and bodyweight drills
Could anyone please help with any suggestions? If suitable or even any posts. I truly appreciate your help and advice.
