Week 8 Day 1…I don’t know if I’m going to do legs this week because I still feel like trash and my back/pelvic region still hurts. Whenever it has to stabilize itself is when the weakness really shows. Oh well screw it, it’s worth it for a PR.

I’m not gonna lie I had my doubts with this program not really touching heavy weights just focusing on bar speed, rest periods, and work capacity but since that PR it’s really got me believing. All the weights on the bench were real quick, so I’ll stay here for 2 more weeks then bump the TM up 5-10 lbs.
