Just take a few more moments in between your sets, and keep on keepin on. (Unless you need to go to the hospital that is, then you should go there instead of the gym.)
Just as easy to feel like shit at home, as it is to feel like shit at the gym ! Atleast somthings gettin done, this is a rule I follow when I’m feelin like shit
If I feel I’m getting sick, I try to eat an extra 1000 kcal that day and drink an extra gallon of water, full of that cheap electrolyte powder stuff, load up on Emergen-C, and then still lift. lol. If I do this before I get ‘really’ sick, I’m usually good.

.
I’m still gonna kill it tomorrow no worries lol

WIDE GRIP PAUSED BENCH (middle finger on ring)
3x3 with 185 3 sec pause

80x7
CROSS BODY DB EXTENSION

Decent workout for being sick
Cycle 6 Week 1 Day 2
DEADLIFT
250x3
290x3
325x6…tied PR
All day I was thinking that I was going to touch n go on my last set, but when I got the first rep up and I swear midway down I thought “don’t be a bitch” so I did regular ones. I won’t start tng until hopefully 405 kinda like 315 with over/under grip. I swear I could of got 7 but with some of the most idiotic exercises I’ve ever seen done, I’m fairly certain my testosterone levels dropped.
DEFICIT DEADS
3X3 with 295
DB ROW
120x10
100x15
80x20
Left side is weak
ONE ARM CABLE ROW (just trying to get a damn contraction in my left lat)
10,12,12,15
Weighed myself at 215.6 after my workout…hopefully it’ll jump to 217 when I’m not sick
Just get that 7th next time! Strong DB Rows by the way.

How strict are these? Just curious, as I got 140’s for like 20 before but they were ‘Kroc Rows’ lol

Idk what to compare them too lol ill video them next Tuesday if I remember
I’m nowhere close to any of the terms 'huge" “jacked” “ripped” or “yoked” but did anyone else ever think when they were younger or (when I weighed 175), man if I get up to 185 I’ll be big, i wasn’t, then it was 200, I wasn’t…then 215, I’m not, now it’s 235. The GD journey continues
Haha, That never goes away, it’s the addiction of our sport. I’m around 260 right now, never thought I’d get this heavy, but I think I look thin through my shoulder’s and arms, LOL. Where does it end. Your doing DB rows with more weight than me, by the way, nice work. Probably because I’m so weak, and skinney
It’s what drives us on
Nice work Chobbs. Glad to see your progress… Some day we’ll have to meet up and train… I’ll bring the craft beer lol…

That’d be a blast, I’m in LaGrange literally once per year for a family reunion and I think I could sneak away for a few hours to train lol

DB row #'s < back thickness, width, strength, overall size…Wanna trade?
Guys I kinda feel like I’m disappointing you guys by saying this lol…but I had a come to Jesus moment tonight (something happened during our basketball game) and think I should cut the bulk off a month early. I went from 205 to 217 (215 now, sick) without getting terribly sloppy, even though I am by nowhere close to lean. I LOVE pushing and pulling big weights for me but it’s only a month early and this recomp/cut is not going to be aggressive whatsoever. I would like to keep it to no more than 1 lb. every 2 weeks dropping anywhere to 205-210 which isn’t extreme at all. Once I’m there I’ll reassess and we’ll go from there. Shit I might still gain on this diet but at least I’ll be tracking. We’ll go…
220 grams protein = 880 cals
80 grams fat = 720 cals
300 carbs = 1200 cals
totals = 2800 cals but I will not lose a second of sleep if I go over my daily limit 20 grams for P/C and 10 grams for fat.
Sources:
-Protein
Beef, chicken, eggs, shakes, greek yogurt, maybe milk I haven’t decided yet
-Carbs
Jasmati rice, honey, fruit, vegetables, sweet potatoes, oatmeal, flavored rice cakes, maybe bread haven’d decided yet
-Fats
PB, butter (fuck off I’m keepin it), almonds
If anyone has any suggestions at all do not hesitate to throw em out
