On a side, you need to start noting the time of your workout. I don’t feel inadequate enough and it is a nice reminder.
Also, given how early you get up and lift, what time do you get off work? You must start early.

I actually don’t leave for work until about 7am. Once I get home from the gym, I take the dogs out, feed them, hang out with them, check the news and hit the shower. My commute to work is about 30-35min.

Ya know…that is even more impressive. Getting up that early to lift but not really getting home any earlier than the rest of us. You must be a machine, or go to bed by 9:00 at the latest.

I try to hit the hay no later than 10:00. (Usually miss that by a few minutes.) But I don’t get up until 6:00 - 6:15

Nice bench work OG. I give you props for getting up so early and training. I couldn’t do it personally. I gave it a go for 2 weeks and didn’t last V long.
Maybe all that awesome dead work slowed the bench up but I’ll bet you’ll get what you’re after next time.

Chris- The funny part is the gym doesn’t open til 8am on Sunday I’m like climbing he walls at home waiting . I get finished by 930-45 and I feel like day is shot.
GV- you mind reading mad man. I think the deads are slowing my bench so I was thinking of shifting them to 2 days ahead of DL…as I don’t think BP will have the opposite effect.
