Yesterday was fast and bloodwork to check for an alien resurgence. This is my 4th gatekeeper to pass. I get through this one and they spread out my check-ups to every 6months. this is a long week waiting for the results.

Hey Kev I agree on the ardio even my surgeon said people who are in reasonable shape cardio wise and lift recover faster and fuller.

Thanks on both , Joe. I find the OHP so unpredictable. One weight feels light add 5lbs and you’d think I added 105… as for me, I had a PSA score of zero today so no cancer as re-emerged so they are moving me out to tests every 6 months now! Thanks again!
