Pinochet is not a good comparison at all. Try Kissinger, and yes EU states do have warrants out for him for his complicity in the dissapearance of nearly 1/2 a million people in South America. I approve of his warrants and the extradition of Cheney.
Unfotunately from a practical standpoint, they are about 30x less likely to get Cheney as they are to get Kissinger and they haven’t even come close to Kissinger.
