I had my first cheat meal in 20 day today for lunch. I had 4 pieces of fried fish, 2 1/2 cups of vegetables, 1 bowl of clam chowder, 2 apples, and 7 cookies. It was nice. Any thoughts, comments?
ya, most people call that healthy. then again, you got more fruits and veggies than the average person eats in a day.
nice AND solution. you ate some crap AND a bunch of healthy food.

No, I don’t want a pat on the back. Catholicism has been appealing to me lately, and I felt like this would be a good place to confess my sins of the flesh. Anyway, because of my guilt, tonight for dinner I followed it up with 2 bowls of salad, 2 cups of boiled vegetables, and 2 more apples. I need to buy some bananas.

What are your results after deciding that cheat meals are evil? Are you preparing for a contest? How much muscle have you gained?
My results after cheat meals are evil is some weight loss. It wasn’t 20 days, I counted wrong, it’s only been 15 days. I’m losing weight for Track. My squat numbers have gone up, my old best record was 350 for a double at the end of my 10 sets of two, I got through 7 sets of 2 before the gym closed early and ended at 375 for a double, and I would have finished strong.
