Cheap Supps: Tumeric Root & Cherry

I stared using turmeric root. It has been a big help in recovery and joint pain from heavy lifting. It is cheep. . . I buy it in bulk from a specialty store that sells various spices, organic foods and the like. . . I take 2-3 teaspoons per day before a meal.

I also drink 16oz. of pure cherry juice or 8oz at a time. . . Once in the morning and once after a workout with my meal.

You think cherry juice would be a yummy alternative to the usual fare of chicken, fish, and steamed vegetables but take my advice and add a pack of sugar substitute of your choice. The juice helps with recovery and it is relatively cheep if you can find it. Only use the pure black cherry juice not one mixed with other fruits and check the label to see if there is any sugar added if so keep looking . . . .
For what its worth . . . .

What’s the black cherry supposed to do?
