I listened to the speech and can’t understand why some are so upset with Chavez calling Bush the devil. Who cares? It’s a figure of speech. He didn’t mean it in the literal sense the way Bush did when he said he communicated with God before the war.

Why? Because of what he said? Is that why we are to kill’em all? It’s this attitude you exhibit - which is manifested by corporate propaganda - that fuels hatred for americans all over the world. This ethos helps mobilize terrorists against our nation.
This arrogance in our foreign policy and lop-sided view in the Isreal/Palestinian conflict that is the primary reason for the terrible tragedy which occured on 9/11. Not because “we are so good” and they “hate our freedoms” propaganda of the elite.
