Has anyone tried Charles Staleys PPP? I like the concept but not sure about the whole RPE progressions he likes to use. It doesn’t make sense to me as I usually operate off % based programs. I guess it would be hard to get a Max % of Back Extensions and things like that. Any success or input on this?

I think if you usually like a % based program, it might be interesting for you to try an RPE program. You might prefer it.
If not, you’ll learn a bit more about your own preferred training style. No way you can lose, really.

cool stuff, is that progression rep ranges for strength only? would like strength/size mix.
Can put on a lot of mass with it if you eat right/push the calories. Actually pretty hard to get fat on it unless eat total junk
