Chad's Weirding Me Out...

I think we have our next xcelticx, Diesel Wiesel, or that other guy who posted in the T-Vixen thread asking for their oppinions after getting shot down by the guys.

You truely are entertaining though.

That’s the only reason you’re getting all this attention, oh, and along with the fact that you’re being an ignorant, dissrespectful little punk.

As others have already told you, it’s fine to question and dissagree with anyone on here, but you could have done it in a much more respectful way.

No, you don’t have to be respectful, but you’re not going to get anyone else’s respect in the future because of it.

You probably just missed out on some realy helpful information in the future because of you punk ass attitude.

Your loss. Keep posting though. Like I said, it’s entertaining…

I think I got the disrespectful thing down. Ignorant…probably, I’ll tell you in 20 years when I know for sure. But for now I’m not going to second guess myself. What fun is that?

I’m always glad to entertain. Anyways, the only reason I come here is to learn. Whether by listening to others, such as Dave Tate, Cressy and Prof. X, or arguing. Arguing is a very halpful tool. Even if I’m completely wrong I’ll always come out of it with something useful. T-Nation is just another tool in my bag, not a home away from home.

You’re setting a new standard in ego-maniacal stupidity.

People disagree with authors all the time on this site. The difference is, they don’t act like a petulant brat while doing so.

Would you walk up to Chad and say this to his face:

We all know you wouldn’t, because you’re a sad little coward hiding behind his keyboard.

That’s part of the difference between a little boy and a man. A man does the right thing because he knows it’s right. A child does the right thing for fear of the consequences if he does not.

If you can’t believe how much attention I’ve gotten, then why are you still posting, pea brain?

Because you’re an easy target and it’s fun.

Wrong. It’s becuase you are an idiot.

No kidding.

That’s not a surprise. Of course, when you finish a masters degree you can have a pea brain like mine

No, you are a troll. That’s what makes your opinion less valid.

Actually my profile is quite outdated. Try 55 lbs heavier at a similar bf.

I doubt you’re much stronger either. How much do you bench? 265? I suppose you squat in the high 300s? Buddy, I’ll have those numbers in 6 months. [/quote]

A lot more than you.

Another tool… on my quest for world domination!

I think this is pretty much minutia either way. I automatically count tempo. I even tried to not count and it just happens, as i have been conditioned to do so. it is just like when you look at a written word, you read it. it just happens. You cant look at a word without reading it. i cant perform a rep without counting, it just happens.

If it makes me .0725% less strong on my bench then so be it. Id rather perform a controlled rep while counting, than a sloppy one without.

What? How am I supposed to not “hide behind my keyboard”? This is the internet right?

Great so you’re making progress! I’m happy for you! Now update your profile!

As for being a troll…

  1. troll
One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument

Hmm…believe it or not, I didn’t start this thread to cause disruption, although I don’t necessarily mind it. I’m just not going to take your crap. I’m not going to give you the ego boost that you need to start your day.

That’s a pretty horrible thing to say. In grade school were you the kid that stole lunch money from kids like me? Oh wait, you’re in sales, you still are. Ha ha ha.

And I did neither!

I guess the greatest impact would rather be when actively concentrating on counting, that is constantly comparing the actual speed and the intended speed. That could be the case when adopting a highly unfamiliar or unusual prescription (for many people here that probably would mean concentrics of a comparatively long duration).

As for the form issue, I basically agree. Nevertheless, I don’t believe that counting is the only way to maintain proper form, although it definitely can provide some benefits in this regard.
