front squats
Not chad, but something like this,
Monday:front squats hell elavated ATG 4x3
Tuesday: barbell hack squats 3x10
Wed: 1/2 leg press 2x20
Thursdayoff
Fri: same as Monday
Saturday: Same as tuesday
Sunday: off because quads are such a large muscle group and the amount of volume is so high that a metabolic draining set such as wednesdays would not really have a (training economy-wise)beneficial effect.

Day 1 - Barbell Squat 5x3
Day 2 - One-Leg Quarter Squat Off Bench - 2x20
Day 3 - Iso-Ballistic Bulgarian Squat(3 second hold at midrange position) 3x3
Day 4 - Barbell Hack Squat - 2x12
Day 5 - One-Leg Press - 3x5
Day 6 - Bulgarian Squat - 2x25

Those exercises/parameters look good - give it a shot.
throw in some walking DB lunges - these are great, especially if you can go heavy on them and walk them for a good distance.
