Celery, Are You Utilizing Correctly…

I have no problem admitting I’m retarded.

First, for decades I struggled doing deadlifts always failing the weights then just going lighter to get in reps, never increasing it.

Why did I deadlift from the floor? WTF was the point???

Why didn’t I do RDL, cause I’m retarded.

@Andrewgen_Receptors 5# of fat lost while still eating high carbs and sugar during the day (bagels, honey, fig bars, sometimes 800-900 calories during traininig) PRs contine, heres a new 2-rep 10# PR in RDLs today-

Maybe you weren’t getting enough celery.

I don’t think you’re actually retarded, and glad you found stuff that works for you.

I just see the it a little differently. Like, celery & PB before bed might be great for you, if you were eating PB&J or something similarly not great for bedtime before switching to celery.
But there’s actually nothing great or outstanding about celery, its just a better choice than what ever was prior.

This thread is more interesting than celery will ever be.

This is not a study, and the author’s evidence for garlic being a natural testosterone raising supplement was:

Maybe this is the reason that professional bodybuilding has been blessed with so many huge competitors of Italian ancestry Kevin Levrone, Franco Columbu, Lou Ferrigno and Mike Matarazzo,

How does one increase natural testosterone levels while natural production has completely ceased due to steroids?
Garlic, according to the dullard that wrote the garbage you just posted.

Do the same for the author of that article - Jim Stoppani. See if he’s credible.

I swear, you’re one email away from sponsoring a Nigerian Prince into the country to release his immense wealth from legal holdings.

Apparently celery contains stuff (tryptophan, magnesium and 3-n-buetalphthalyde) that helps with rest and sleeping.

Sleeping through the night is pretty anabolic.

It can also help the user relax better by inserting rectally until completion.

For the sleep gainz, obviously.

Columbu was Sardinian and though Sardinians are Italian by nationality, they are genetically different from other Italians. Also, Italians don’t eat as much garlic as people think. The Chinese might eat more garlic than any other people.

If the celery feels good - It will boost testosterone.

This site, like celery apparently, never disappoints

I think I understand now.

You’re saying there’s a Master Race of Italians and everyone else is genetically inferior/impure?

There is no race we can call Italian. There are two races that inhabit the nation of Italy: Sicilians and finocchi.

Yeah, but which one eats more celery?

You guys are a riot, LOL…

Celery is just another tool that actually works if you utilize it a certain way, maybe better than another way. Just like many other things.

I did a quick little Google search and posted it for the College Dude. I’ve spent time looking at many writings and videos on Garlic, moreso than Celery, but its quite common, celery and PB (natty PB) are a better choice for blood sugar, remember my whole idea here evolved into eating lots of bagels and treats during the day.

…whola, I actually lost over 5# it must be fat because I’ve gotten bigger AND I hit another 10# PR in RDLs for 2reps!!!

You know it’s crazy how neither articles you posted are studies when you said you’ve seen

So Google the difference between the two

It’s a small difference between the two but it matters because you explicitly said

I’m out. This is getting to dumb for me

Being smart also means being able to read into people who work jobs and such with limited time who type on the Internet.

I also said I use garlic and honey as a placebo effect.

I can inform you through experience (not a study or article), that eating the garlic and honey does not give me hulk power I wouldn’t ordinarily have, it does however give me a “rush” which is helpful in big lifts.

I also notice I feel real good an hour after eating garlic so I highly believe any article stating that it is useful for endurance is correct, after all it is a blood thinner and is known to reduce blood pressure.

Weight training heavy increases blood pressure. Do you want articles and studies on this?
