For someone with limited time, you never shut the fuck up on here
I’m just glad you didn’t say lifting weights actually lowers blood pressure because it actually can do that too.
Ok. I take back what I said about you not being retarted and finding what works for you.
You might want to revisit that in a few years when he can’t even lift a fork without pain.
No, I was taking back my previous take back.
I missed the “not” in your post.
Already been there @zecarlo months ago I strained my distal bicep tendon and it literally hurt when curling the fork.
All healed now!!!
What is the non retarded way?
Picking up the load from the floor, stressing the disks due to the initial force of starting the pull? Not knowing what’s gonna happen once the load lifts???
That way is danger for me because I have what’s called the mindset. Once I get the weight moving, I don’t stop, I’ll tear everything in my back to finish the lift.
The mind is powerful enough to kill oneself in a lift.
I’d rather get the liftoff and use that momentum to do RDL.
That’s what works for me.
Oh. Ok. Well then, i guess I owe you an apology for taking back my previous take back.
Checking in with some interesting things-
So, I had a business trip last week, zero celery.
I did hotel fitness center training every night basically shoulders and tris every night and I night I did pull-ups and chins and hoisted the dumbbells to the shoulders and squatted them.
I kept the eating to this-
Are a bagel every morning at 6 so I could have a good poop.
Ate hotel scrammed eggs and sausage for breakfast (no bread)
Lunch was processed Sammies which I only ate a half of, I snacked on peacons during the day.
Dinner was a steak every night no potatoes except my last night.
No celery, no 1-rep maxes-
BW up to 193# from about 187 or less.
Came back, the first thing I did was heavy EZ bar cheat curl from the hang and press and 1-rep max BOR!
