Cedric Jamacniddle definitely looked pretty good at the show. A little watery but his best showing yet.
funny guy! probably the best on camera persona i’ve seen in years

between braindead coleman, cold fridge cutler, angry mubler warren and maniac greene, we could use a cool charismatic guy on cam!

Brick!!!

I can’t get vid flicks up on here for some reason. I’ll load them on You Tube, then post on here.

Hello IH. How are you? Not here to cause trouble or be a wiseass ever again. Will only speak on training and nutrition. No insulting people. No bickering. I’ll share more pics of the several events I’m going to this summer.

Ced looks great

Only thing I would add is some meat on his calves and delts. Rest is right on point
Hope he can keep his shape at the higher levels

+1 on English looking terrible. Not just from this show alone, but ever since I saw him. I don’t understand how someone like Palumbo gets so much vitriol, and this guy goes winning shows left and right
Practically the same level to me
Dude - I don’t know about that. I used to train at Golds in Bellmore for like 4 years when I had an apartment in the neighborhood, and Palumbo used to train there all the time. Seeing him up close…I’d have to say that he’s way worse than KE.

Actually, he was at the show the other night - man he dropped a ton of muscle!

I think this is Guy Cisternino.

C’mon bro that’s half the fun  Either way, good to see you here again.

PV: Thanks. Nice to “meet” you again.

Welcome back Brick, hope you’ll still mix in a few rants for us…

Hey chillain. Thanks. Rants, I don’t have it me anymore.

Cedric needs to have his glutes dryer/more striated if he wants to get the top spot

That is all

He looks fucking amazing though

Alright…I know there are many on these boards these days that don’t care about professional competitive bodybuilding. But for those out there who do (like me), I have to say, I am quite pleased bodybuilding judges made the absolute right choice at the NY Pro this year when they selected Cedric McMillan as the winner.

THIS is bodybuilding! Small waist, small joints, fullness of the muscle bellies…awesome! After the Branch fiascoes, finally…I mean finally…bodybuilding is getting back to aesthetics.

What did you make of the 212 results?

Like others have wrote, I think Sami got robbed blind. No way Kevin English is 1st place. He shouldn’t have even been in 2nd. 3rd at the most, but he is built so weirdly…and that back…no, he should not win with that back.

NOW THIS is a return of POSING.
Look how he utilizes his hands as he hits poses, and does deliberate graceful transitions. This is posing. Like Arnold, Ed Corney, Mohammed Makaway, hell…ANY bodybuilder in the 80’s…THIS is posing.

Not the piece of crap BS that all other competitors do today. How many frickin’ crab or most muscular shots can you do in 5 minutes of posing? Stupid. And the judges award this type of posing. They have single handedly killed the spirit and art that is bodybuilding.

No wonder T-Nation decided to distance themselves from the state of what bodybuilding is today. Hopefully this win by Cedric will help return sane judging and standards in bodybuilding.

Bodybuilding should NOT award the hardest baddest TRAINER in the gym (Branch). Bodybuilding is NOT a performance sport. It is an art. In my opinion, they shouldn’t award the top to physiques that are anatomically not balanced. NO ONE with a huge gut should win PERIOD.

Wow…did I just rant? Didn’t realize how much this Cedric win really meant to me!

^at 1:35. Spectacular.

I agree. Cedrick has so much that reminds me of CLASSIC bodybuilding. With a few adjustments to his physique, he’s gonna be a major threat on the pro scene.

Ced is my favorite pro currently. Size + Aesthetics! Plus he is a tall guy like me…so I always have to support lol
