I’m still among the living! Wait, is there a fund or something? Made me think about the small gym I use in the PI. Don’t think they even have a leg curl machine. Have to steal some of the wife’s bands and come up with and alternative. You seem to be feeling a lot better about your workouts. Good.

Don’t know if I feel better about workouts, it does seem to take a while to see any progress. Still have a few weeks to go on the cycle, will see how it turns out.
