I am so tired of pounding at the weights and still no progress. I’ve said this before and it’s still here. Eating till my stomach is about to tear open. Getting 9 or even 10 hours sleep. I’m working hardeer than anyone else in the gym. Muscle just won’t grow past a point. How long before I have to accept this is it forever?
I guess you should think about the positive things you are doing for your overall health.
I’m not happy that I have to settle for doing the laundry while everyone else is shooting ahead doing contests and stuff.
