Everything was incredibly hard. Been eating, lots of sleep.
I have been killing myself in the gym for over 45 years and am a weakling all my life and nothing I do gets out of it.
It is what you, and I, and many others do. We lift. You have not wasted time. You have made yourself better. Shit I take piano lessons, I suck a doodle do at piano, but I still give it a try. I play Fur Elise so bad Beethovenās ghost appeared to me and told me to stop. My chess sucks, but I keep playing, and helping otherās rating go up. And for all the lifting I have done? I would not swap that time out ever.

@cavalier sorry to be so slow on the draw here, but I hadnāt noticed this until recently. How often are you training? As I look back to November and December it looks like you are getting 7-8 sessions each month and even less here in January. Maybe I am missing sessions. Just curious. Thanks and keep grinding, sir!
