So got some new shoes, on advice from my doc. Lots of arch support, grip my foot, everything. Puts a real spring in my step.

So put on a couple pounds body weight. Hoping to add a rep to my bench.

If I hadn’t dumped the bar on the bottom hooks, I’d be in the hospital now. It just would not go up. I am so fucking tired of never building any damn strength in any exercise.
