Yeah, sort of.

Deadlift day, but just too depressed. Don’t like the pain of deadlifts. So just did a bunch of seated rows, pulldowns, hyperextentions.

Went to gym, but Labor Day. They closed just before I got there. So washed and waxed the car instead.

Squat day. Decided not to push it

135 - wow that was hard. How could that be? gritted my teeth and focused. Sets got easier.
Wanted to get tension on my spine (I have scoliosis), need to toughen up. Did 155 just standing there. Then 185. Then 205. Surprising not too bad.

Did some dips.

Did some leg press.

Did some press machine, then shoulder machine.
