Casein vs. Calcium Caseinate

Could anyone tell me the difference between these proteins?

Calcium Caseinate is basically just another form of Casein. Casein by itself wouldn’t be capable of mixing in water, it would just clot in a huge blob which you couldn’t swallow. Calcium is added to make it a little easier to take. You can also get it in Magnesium Caseinate as well, I think at least. Either way, all three will give you the same benefits of casein as there is no difference in quality.

SBL, thanks for the reply!
