I am intolerant to gluten and casein. This is a recent diagnosis as I have spent the last year going through the motions to figure this out (several doctors, many tests, alot of sick days, plenty of elimination diets).

Sucks bro. I recently developed an intolerance to casein as well.
I can’t tolerate almost any shakes. I tolerate met-rx of all things. But whatever, food is great.
