Cardispan

A buudy of mine was asking about cardispan. I don’t know much about it. It is supposed to be an injectable form of L-Carnitine and good to burn fat. Has anyone taken this or know something about it?

I don’t know anything about a product called Cardispan,but I do use injectable L-carnitine and I think it is truly great stuff.I currently take 1.5ml twice a week (200mg/ml).I started using it soon after switching from the zone diet to an atkins style diet.I decided on the injectable version because it is so much more economical than powdered carnitine.I figured the carnitine would be helpful on a high fat diet.I can’t say I’ve noticed much in the way of fat loss,I’ve always been fairly lean anyway.However,I do notice a definite energy enhancing effect.Over a year ago a friend of mine was going overseas and wanted to put on some quick size.I told him twice a day training had always worked best for me,and offered to train with him.I hadn’t trained 2x a day for a while,so I bumped up the L-carnitine to 1.5ml 4x a week.It was amazing,I would wake up usually around 3.30am (I am an early riser but not usually THAT early) and within a few minutes I would be wide awake.A total of 8 intense 45 minute workouts a week,1 or 2 early morning fast rides on my bike a week, and a full-time job were an absolute breeze.I’ll never forget one day where I had stayed up the night before til about 11.30pm reading,then woke at 2.30am the next morning.After a total of 3 hours sleep I felt totally alert and trained two intense workouts that day and felt absolutely fine.This is from someone who likes and needs his sleep.Normally that would knock the shit out of me! During the two weeks we both steadily put on size.I was amazed by the whole experience because I know how such a routine would have made me feel if I was not taking the carnitine.I also take noni juice which when I first started taking it noticed that it was waking me up about 60-90 minutes earlier than usual,so maybe there was some sort of synergistic effect between the two.
I only take 3 ml a week currently,although I felt fine at the time I don’t really want to be getting up so early all the time.If anyone needs an energy boost,or is undergoing a period of intense workload and wants some first class fortification without having to resort to stimulants,and they don’t mind poking themselves in the ass with a needle,based on my experience I would say go for it.
