Im not a beginner to training, but im new to this site and ive always been curious on how much cardio poeple do wile trying to gain muscle mass…im curently only doing two sessions of cardio. Doing intervals every 5 minutes,for 20 -30 minutes.
I dont want to do to much as my body type was origanlly Ectomorth ive built up abit now but think that my genetics will get ahead if im doing more cardio.
so im interested on everyone eleses take.
