^^you ever do belt squats DD?
I tried them when I was recovering from shoulder surgery and hated it. It was very hard to load up the belt with only one arm and they felt really awkward/not good on my hips with 4+plates hanging down.
I wasn’t a fan at all but some people like them. It was difficult to stack up/chain up all those plates with one arm in a sling lol[/quote]
I have not. But, if I didn’t have another way to squat with weight, I’d do what I had too. They do look awkward as hell, and appear to be a good method to learn to sing falsetto.

you can say that again lol
torn pec? what about leg presses, and other lower-body isolated movements? I separated my shoulder and did legs 4 days a week for 3 weeks, worked out fine. Not to mention, MANY physique athletes don’t do cardio in order to maintain their muscle, they simply dial in their diet, and let there AMR/DEE & weight training do the rest.
