Carbolin 19 and Se7en - Optimal Long-Term Strategy

Hey all (hoping Bill Roberts sees this, would love your thoughts on it, Bill)

I’m looking for the optimal way to cycle Carbolin 19 and Se7en for long-term use.

Right now, I pretty much just use up a bottle, take a week or two off, and then start up again.

With Carbolin 19, the dosage is 1 OR 2 caps x twice daily.

After a break, I’m wondering if it would make more sense to re-start at 1 cap twice per day, then increase to 3 total caps/day, then to 4, and then break and restart. Or would it make more sense to just stick with 4 per day right from the start. Are those dosage recs on the bottle more related to tolerance/sides or does it have something to do with efficacy?

Same for the Se7en. I read somewhere that 1 cap twice per day is all that’s needed, no matter if you are male/female or how big you are. I have trouble believing that (my bias is always “if one works, why not take two?”

Thanks in advance for any input!

The most efficient plan is probably to use the same number of capsules per day throughout rather than vary it. The Carbolin 19 label dose is limited to two at a time because results don’t seem improved with yet more, rather than there being side effect problems.

With Se7en, the one capsule dosing is working very well for women but I don’t know if it’s the case that there is no room for further improvement. It’s certainly safe to take 2 capsules at a time if desired.

Excellent, thank you!
