Would there be any advantage to using both HOT-ROX and Carbolin 19 at the same time?
Have you read the Carbolin 19 product thread? If not, you should.

No advantage really. As stated previously, I don’t recommend using the two concurrently. When your main goal is to reduce fat mass while preserving lean body mass, use HOT-ROX. When your main goal is to increase lean body mass, I’d use Carbolin 19.

Thanks. And yes, I’ve read all about Carbolin 19. I just don’t remember everything.

Like the part where it says (repeatedly) not to take them at the same time?
Bikemore, take one or the other, depending on if your trying to gain or cut. I feel you with not keeping up to date with the pages upon pages upon pages of product thread info. I simply don’t have the time to read T-Nation like I used too (damn school!), and I made the mistake of taking the two concurrently. It took me three days to realize that there must be some form of negative interaction between the two. I felt like SHIT. So I sucked it up and devoted the time necessary to read up on the the products and dropped the Carbolin 19, for now.

This is not a safety issue, correct? Just an issue of the two compounds working in opposite directions?
Sorry, I read a lot of the stuff on the Carbolin 19 thread, but didn’t see anything [Clarification: I didn’t see anything explaining the WHY of why not to take them together], and so I was interested in the “negative interaction” (particularly since I forgot and took both of them this morning, after my new HOT-ROX had arrived).

Hi BostonBarrister,
The issue is actually related more to a hypothetical adverse reaction.
You can find more here: http://www.t-nation.com/readTopic.do?id=688198
I probably wouldn’t continue taking a serving of both any more today, either one or the other. If there were adverse reactions, it would likely be things like a throbbing headache, fatigue, dizziness, fainting, nausea, etc.
Hope this helps.

Not just the compounds, but mostly, from what everyone here is reporting, is that Carbolin 19 stimulates your appetite big time. Big Time. HOT-ROX does the opposite. So put 2 and 2 together, and don’t waste your money.

Thanks Cy! I’ve felt fine, but I’ll not push my luck.
