Carb vs. Protein intake - Effiecency

Although controversial, what would be a viable intake of carbs and protein, as a macro.
on particular days like:

An off day (no exercise)
Workout day (with intensity!!!)
Running/HIIT/Jogs (depends)

I’ve really cleaned up my diet, so, I’m not concerned about my sources of carbs, but, I’m a bit iffy on my amino acid breakdown, I think I may need more than just BCAAs, but, not absuloutely sure.

Anyways, what do you guys think?
And if you don’t believe in carb cycling… gtfo…

A basic 40%pro/30%carb/30%fat will probably help you achieve your goals. Oh wait, I have no idea what your working towards…

You should be. They have very different effects on your body.

An off day (no exercise)- Low GI carbs
Workout day (with intensity!!!)- High GI carbs before/after
Running/HIIT/Jogs (depends) - High GI carbs, before/after

So your taking BCAA’s as your primary protein source?

You didn’t even ask a real question…

whats your goals, weight and training like?

what do you mean, amino acid breakdown?

WTF are you talking about?
