Carb Roundtable, thank you!!

Surge post-training. Oatmeal any other time. Those are my carbs of choice. I never did well on pasta for whatever reason. I think strawberries are a great fruit choice too. Actually, they’re pretty ‘low’ in carbs compared to most fruits. Bowl of oatmeal, a little vanilla Grow mixed in and then topped with strawberries. Hmmmmmmm.
