Carbs are protein sparing. (a good thing for muscle-building efforts)

Carbs are fat sparing. (a good thing for “healthy” fats intake)

One’s nature - and thus human potential - is the result of one’s attitude.

When one uses negative connotations - can’t, won’t, doesn’t, etc. - it attracts negative results.

Whether or not you believe it or not you set the example for others to follow by your attitude - and others also you.
