Depends what diet are you trying?? some high some low, some both??
What size are you, what are you doing for training etc etc

Doesnt really matter, its overall calories that count.
around 0.5-1g per lbs of BW should be ok, but those figures vary greatly.
Im like 215, 5’11, and I think my daily carb intake is around 166 grams. Isnt it supposed to be under 100 for cutting?

There are a lot of different ways of approaching fat loss and carbs are not necessarily the only variable you need to consider. Maybe you can help us out with a little about your meal plan, your training, your stats (height, weight, BF% if you have it), injuries (if any), current activity level (I.e. current training regime) and any other information you want to share. If you are serious, do you have a pic of where you are at currently?
There’s loads of things to consider so let’s start with all the information and go from there.

exactly great post, Ive shed fat on 20 or less grams of carbs a day and on 600+ many ways to skin a cat
