Hi,
I have a question regarding carb-up for competition that I hope you can be helpful with.
I have previously carbed-up on the classics potatoes, rice, chicken & stake, rice cakes, honey, peanutbutter, nutella all the usual suspects.
This year I consider loading on â??junkâ?? burgers, pizza, pastriesâ?¦ but I canâ??t seem to find any information on it, the only thing I find when searching is a dumb-ass article that says â??if you eat junk, you become junkâ?? or something along that line.
If any of you have experience whit this type of carb/fat loading information would be more than welcome.
I am currently preparing for the Danish nationals in classic bodybuilding +178cm (CBB), under IFBB, I have previously competed in Athletic Fitness (AF) witch is solely a Nordic phenomenon (symmetry, chins+dips, 500m rowing). I have competed in AF twice and decided last year that it was time to move up at notch, hence CBB.

Google ‘skiploading’. Skip recommends making use of a lot of ‘junk’ foods, and always seems to nail his conditioning.

Skip’s approach is interesting, but i was looking more along the lines of shitloading, I’ve already found some usefull information, but should some one out there be holding the philosophers stones,their input would be more than welcome
Skip loading and shit loading have the same basic principle’s as to regards to the similarity of the food choices. Skip’s approach is more accurate in what to eat, when, and how much, etc.
I have shit loaded three times and have come in, as far as I see, the best physique I could have at the time.
Do your research on it and you will gain a wealth of knowledge. And you can’t really miss with the shitload if you do it properly and abstain from any fluids.
I do a combination of traditional carb loading and shit loading, with water and ion manipulation.
Works like a charm. And if it doesn’t work you were too fat to even have tried it.

I’m curious what exactly you do. I’ve only done simple dry loads for shows, and to be honest, the part skip talks about ‘cleaning up’ after you’re all loaded up would freak me out too much to try it (I don’t want to be thinking damage control the day of a contest -lol).
